  7. DESCRIPTION
  8.   IsDate offers a REAL date test.

  10. SYNTAX
  11.                                            IsDate(<text>)
  12.  
  13. PARAMETERS
  14.    <text> contains the date to test. Any valid date shape is accepted : 12/31/91, Monday, December 3. 1992, etc.

  16.    Using "!", "?" and "=" as first parameter will return an online help (resp. copyright,  syntax and output).

  18. USING
  19.    IsDate returns "true" if the date is valid, "false" if not.
  20.  
  21. ERRORS
  22.    If an error occurs, the XFCN will return:
  23.      "Error : Missing or empty parameter"
  24.      "Error : Couldn't initialize date cache"
